I would like to thank Melanie and Cole for making my experience at Len Stoler Chevrolet very comfortable.

We purchased a new 2025 Silverado, and Erik was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and made us very comfortable with our purchase decision.

The only semi negative thing I can say, is if you schedule a service drop off for your vehicle for whatever time. Then your vehicle should be diagnosed at that time or as close to it as possible. It should be two days later they just get to your vehicle.

Always greeted with a smile! I was kept updated and the service was completed promptly and efficiently. I am a very satisfied customer of Len Stoler Chevy-----and I love my Malibu and hope it continues to last me for some time yet---(I will soon be 89!!!) Thank you.

We had an issue with our transmission and shouldn’t have for the mileage that was on it. They called GM to see if they could replace it or help with the cost as we expected and they did help with the cost.

Everyone at the dealership was so kind, but i dealt with David and he was so respectful, honest, hardworking and really tried everything he could to get back on the road again with my car. he never once seemed to get annoyed by all the questions i had lol. he was so great to work with!

Our sales associate Erik was a pleasure to work with during our recent purchase. He provided knowledge for the product, addressed our questions professionally, and offered a commitment for ongoing support. The car buying experience can be stressful and overwhelming, however our experience was seamless.

We had a full system shutdown in the morning at a local 7/11. We got it jumped and drove it. Without an an appointment, they fixed problem that day and we we’re back on the road again that afternoon.

Taylor Coyle did a wonderful job. She's very sincere and willing to help.

The oil change went well, however I did have a problem with the tire rotation. On the way home a sensor or computer problem occurred. I notified the service manager and we scheduled an appointment for next Wednesday. I could not return the same day due to prior appointments.

Excellent service. Very professional and great pricing. We were offered snacks and drinks while we waited. We really liked the dealership, the staff, and we love our new Trailblazer.

I was a little unhappy that the service tech broke my key chain that had two components to it. They would not go back together and I had to buy a new one.

Acceptable relating to Fleet Vehicle Service. Needs improvement in resetting vehicle settings upon completion of maintenance. Needs improvement in communication relating to performed maintenance and makes sure job/order shown on the invoice was completed. (Example: Replace engine air filter still showing after maintenance was completed; Invoice shows vehicle had a complementary carwash, but vehicle has no evidence that it was washed). Facility is most convenient based on location, but I would prefer other facilities if not for vehicle warranty and the thought that facility technicians/representative deals with same manufactured vehicle

John was my salesman and he did such a wonderful job. Walked me through everything I needed to know about my new car! He made sure all my paperwork was done by the time I got there! Dave was a big help as well. Thank you guys. I will make sure I send all my family and friends there.

Consistently good service

Great experience! Brad took the time to show and go over my car choices. Once I decided on a vehicle he took the time to go over all the features and even set up my phone. He gave me a tour of the dealship so i would know where to go for service. I also ordered matts for my car which was great. Thanks for the great experience. Very nice lounge to wait while car was processed too!

The problems with the tire stem and control arm were completed and fixed the issues. Work was done right and fixed the problems the first time.

Austin was amazing. He made our visit so smooth and easy! We were looking for a car with a quick turnaround and Austin responded within minutes of our online inquiry and made it happen. We first inquired about the vehicle around 6pm, set an appointment for 10:30am the next day, and walked out with our new car my 1pm! The General Manager and the loan officer we spoke too were both very friendly and knowledgeable as well. 10/10 recommend.

Salesman Erik was a pleasure to work with and finance department was also good to work with sorry forgot his name. Was in and out quickly after getting all the negotiation done by phone /text and no surprises once on the lot like I’ve dealt with in the past at other dealerships

as always you do a good job However i was disappointed in having report tell me i needed alignment when in fact you did (or supposedly did alignment ) when you installed 4 new tires at last service So i am a little reluctant to come back for service Seems a little fishy to me

Helped with a problem with used vehicle and got me in a brand new car!

We purchased a Chevy Blazer EV on 8/30/25. We were told by the salesperson and Financial Manager on that day that we qualified for the Federal EV $7,500 tax credit, and he would deduct that amount from our purchase. Today, 9/13/25, 2 weeks after our purchase, the dealer Sales Representative surprised us by telling us we only partially qualified for the tax credit, and we owe the dealer over $500!

My wife and I came to Len Stoler just to see if we could afford a new truck, and to see how much we could get for a trade in on our 20 year old truck. We weren't in expecting to buy anything. We walked in and were greeted by a very happy, friendly and interjetic sales woman by the name of Leslie Hale. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us several vehicles. And the rest is history. She wasn't pushy. She made us feel at ease. Took us a few days to get our finances together. She was patient and gave us guidance when we needed it. We would recommend Len Stoler and Leslie Hale to our friends and family

We had a very nice experience buying a new vehicle. Our sales person, Taylor, did a very good job assisting us in our selection and completing the purchase process.

Sales person was excellent to work with Loved her. She was very professional and knowledgeable . The financial person not so much. He never got my input. All he did was look out for himself. I ended up with a higher interest rate with excellent credit score. Now I have 2 car payments on the 1st of the month because he only gave me 30 days for my 1st payment. Like said never got my input , shoved the papers in front of me to sign.

The whole staff was very professional. I wish they told me that I would only get 2 miles and hour on a charge. It was advertised as 14hrs for a full charge.

Nothing but praises

Just had my 1st oil change, which was free! I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, drove right in the service bay and Charlie took over from there. I left while my car was getting serviced and received a text when it was ready. They even washed it.

Melanie is a pleasure to work with. Very professional with just the right amount of humor. Hope she is compensated well. It would be a shame to lose her.

My experience was pain free. The service advisor kept me informed while waiting for the part to arrive. They provided a loaner car, so I was not inconvenienced. I have had to car for a few days now and everything seems to be fixed. In fact, it feels like a new vehicle.

Had a factory recall that said it would take a half hour to fix. They had my vehicle for 5 hours

We had excellent service and our salesman went out of his way to go to another dealership to get the vehicle that we wanted and drive it up to our location. When we arrived to purchase it everything was fast and efficient. We were able to leave with a fully detailed vehicle, new tags, and confirmation of insurance. Thank you as always for the good service that we have had through the years.

My husband and I recently had both of our vehicles serviced. When he brought his in, the service tech found a problem that we had no idea was even going on. Understanding that we were having the truck serviced in preparation for a long road trip, the technician went above and beyond to inspect the vehicle. What he found could have been a true disaster for our trip. The best part was that they not only found the issue but also did the work to get it covered by our warranty. They fixed it, and it didn't cost us anything. Matt and Charlie were just amazing. The following week, we took my truck in for service, and all was well. Please understand that this review comes after we had a terrible experience we had a couple of years ago. My point is that no one is perfect, but we gave Matt and Charlie another shot at it and have never regretted it. We are so grateful for the attention to detail and for making us feel important and appreciated. It's so important in today's customer service industry.

Patient and kind folks. My 2026 has some computer issues that were not resolved. It will not let me register the car because I don't want my location known. I don't want to use Google maps, directions or GPS. It stops the process to register when you don't give your location.

Always courteous and friendly personnel, particularly the Service Writer, Charlie Pittinger. In addition, the dealership facility is beautiful being very clean and modern, and having a comfortable waiting area.

The overall visit was exceptional!!!! This dealership/service department is located near my son's school which is approximately 89 miles from my regular Chevy Service Department. Unfortunately, the "change oil" message illuminated the day before I needed to make the trip to my son's campus. I knew that it would be nearly impossible to schedule an oil change near my home so I took a chance and called to schedule a last-minute appointment with the team at Len Stoler and, boy, they came through!!!! This was my 2nd visit to this location and, like the previous visit, I'm treated with professionalism, respect and like part of the family!

I called the dealership, spoke to Bradley and told him the truck I was looking at with a competing dealer. He offered me a very good price on a truck they had in stock but it wasn't 100% what I wanted. I told him about one other truck in the area I was interested in...They were able to pull it from that dealer and sell it to me, again, at a very fair price! I visited them on Christmas Eve morning around 10:30am and was out by noon! The sales process was painless with no surprises or hiccups. Give this dealership a call. I'd give them 6 stars but they didn't have a Chevy hat to give me (joking/not joking) A+ across the board.

My Equinox had to be towed in on a Tuesday night. It was not scheduled but they had it diagnosed on Wednesday afternoon. The starter was ordered and replaced on Thursday morning. Had the vehicle by noon on Thursday. Problem was fixed right the first time and extremely quicker than expected. Keepup the great work!

Patrick and Bob were great to deal with and made the process easy. The intention we had was to just Test Drive, but by the end of the day we were taking home a new vehicle

Car was towed in, service writer experienced same problems we did. Called after 1 day and said no problem was found. But you experienced the same problem I did there was obviously a problem. We will keep it one more day. 2nd day. No issues found. Came to pick it up. Drove approximately 1/4 mile to traffic light and experienced the exact same problem it was brought in for. Clearly little to no time was spent diagnosing the problem. Looking for the problem or road testing the vehicle, besides the claim if the service writer.

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t know anyone at this dealership and they treated me as if we were close friends. Ray (GM), Patrick (Sales Rep), and Mike (Finance) were extremely transparent, easy going and provided a no nonsense experience. Thank you!
