I ended up with a higher interest rate with excellent credit score. Now I have 2 car payments on the 1st of the month because he only gave me 30 days for my 1st payment. Like said never got my input , shoved the papers in front of me to sign.

They didn’t have the original vehicle I came in to purchase, but our salesman was extremely helpful and we did purchase brand new 2026 Chevy Exuinox RS

We purchased a Chevy Blazer EV on 8/30/25. We were told by the salesperson and Financial Manager on that day that we qualified for the Federal EV $7,500 tax credit, and he would deduct that amount from our purchase. Today, 9/13/25, 2 weeks after our purchase, the dealer Sales Representative surprised us by telling us we only partially qualified for the tax credit, and we owe the dealer over $500!

My wife and I came to Len Stoler just to see if we could afford a new truck, and to see how much we could get for a trade in on our 20 year old truck. We weren't in expecting to buy anything. We walked in and were greeted by a very happy, friendly and interjetic sales woman by the name of Leslie Hale. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us several vehicles. And the rest is history. She wasn't pushy. She made us feel at ease. Took us a few days to get our finances together. She was patient and gave us guidance when we needed it. We would recommend Len Stoler and Leslie Hale to our friends and family

My experience was pain free. The service advisor kept me informed while waiting for the part to arrive. They provided a loaner car, so I was not inconvenienced. I have had to car for a few days now and everything seems to be fixed. In fact, it feels like a new vehicle.

Very professional, well executed service visit in a timely fashion. Waiting room was equally customer oriented with everything available that one could want.

My Equinox had to be towed in on a Tuesday night. It was not scheduled but they had it diagnosed on Wednesday afternoon. The starter was ordered and replaced on Thursday morning. Had the vehicle by noon on Thursday. Problem was fixed right the first time and extremely quicker than expected. Keepup the great work!

The overall visit was exceptional!!!! This dealership/service department is located near my son's school which is approximately 89 miles from my regular Chevy Service Department. Unfortunately, the "change oil" message illuminated the day before I needed to make the trip to my son's campus. I knew that it would be nearly impossible to schedule an oil change near my home so I took a chance and called to schedule a last-minute appointment with the team at Len Stoler and, boy, they came through!!!! This was my 2nd visit to this location and, like the previous visit, I'm treated with professionalism, respect and like part of the family!

I called the dealership, spoke to Bradley and told him the truck I was looking at with a competing dealer. He offered me a very good price on a truck they had in stock but it wasn't 100% what I wanted. I told him about one other truck in the area I was interested in...They were able to pull it from that dealer and sell it to me, again, at a very fair price! I visited them on Christmas Eve morning around 10:30am and was out by noon! The sales process was painless with no surprises or hiccups. Give this dealership a call. I'd give them 6 stars but they didn't have a Chevy hat to give me (joking/not joking) A+ across the board.

We had excellent service and our salesman went out of his way to go to another dealership to get the vehicle that we wanted and drive it up to our location. When we arrived to purchase it everything was fast and efficient. We were able to leave with a fully detailed vehicle, new tags, and confirmation of insurance. Thank you as always for the good service that we have had through the years.

My husband and I recently had both of our vehicles serviced. When he brought his in, the service tech found a problem that we had no idea was even going on. Understanding that we were having the truck serviced in preparation for a long road trip, the technician went above and beyond to inspect the vehicle. What he found could have been a true disaster for our trip. The best part was that they not only found the issue but also did the work to get it covered by our warranty. They fixed it, and it didn't cost us anything. Matt and Charlie were just amazing. The following week, we took my truck in for service, and all was well. Please understand that this review comes after we had a terrible experience we had a couple of years ago. My point is that no one is perfect, but we gave Matt and Charlie another shot at it and have never regretted it. We are so grateful for the attention to detail and for making us feel important and appreciated. It's so important in today's customer service industry.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Len Stoler and specifically with Charlie, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and committed to helping me. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and offered honest recommendations without any pressure. The technicians worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but they also kept me updated throughout the process so I always knew what was happening. The prices were fair, the service was prompt, and the entire experience was stress-free.

Quick in and out appointment, highly recommend scheduling first thing in the morning.

Car was towed in, service writer experienced same problems we did. Called after 1 day and said no problem was found. But you experienced the same problem I did there was obviously a problem. We will keep it one more day. 2nd day. No issues found. Came to pick it up. Drove approximately 1/4 mile to traffic light and experienced the exact same problem it was brought in for. Clearly little to no time was spent diagnosing the problem. Looking for the problem or road testing the vehicle, besides the claim if the service writer.

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t know anyone at this dealership and they treated me as if we were close friends. Ray (GM), Patrick (Sales Rep), and Mike (Finance) were extremely transparent, easy going and provided a no nonsense experience. Thank you!

They got my truck in to service a tire air leak without having to make a appointment and repaired my truck in about 30 minutes.

Very pleasant experience

Patient and kind folks. My 2026 has some computer issues that were not resolved. It will not let me register the car because I don't want my location known. I don't want to use Google maps, directions or GPS. It stops the process to register when you don't give your location.

Had a factory recall that said it would take a half hour to fix. They had my vehicle for 5 hours

Upon arrival car was taken for 1st free oil change and tire rotation. While waiting we we offered to go to waiting room where there was a tv, sofa, chairs and a snack area with snaks

Very friendly and easy to deal with. Nemo was a new salesman there and was very honest about that. Glad we could be his first sale on his 3rd day. He did a great job!! 👍

A second chance was given, I was warned not to take the gamble by other Chevy owners, I guess the house always wins, you got paid for an overpriced oil change and one of your employees broke my dash cam. I have a very extensive service coming up in a few thousand miles, I will not be using your dealership again.

Had to wait 4hrs to get my brakes and rotors put on. Didn't plan on being at the dealership all day o b my day off. Wasn't able to do the things I took off to do. The rating would have been very low, but Melanie the tech that handled my repairs made arrangements for me to get a loaner so I could do so of the things I needed to do.

The staff was friendly and professional. They also made the buying process go as fast and smooth as possible. High praise all around!

Prompt and efficiant.

Just had my 1st oil change, which was free! I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, drove right in the service bay and Charlie took over from there. I left while my car was getting serviced and received a text when it was ready. They even washed it.

I've used len stoler for about 28 years. Always been top notch to deal with. This includes the service department as well.

My service advisor Melanie is wonderful. She goes out of her way to make sure that I'm being taken care of. All the staff at Len Stoler are very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I didn't have to.

My only complaint/s were……..my vehicle was delivered with an oil line leak that was known about prior to delivery to me! My question is why would you rush the car to me with an oil leak and then ask me to bring it back to the dealership for repairs? I told everyone at the dealership I spoke with that I really didn’t want delivery until April, 2026 (due to weather)! ~ I didn’t receive the owner’s manual/s . My Porsche Salesman Frank Greenstein who handled 90% of the delivery really saved the day for me because, as these problems came up all I needed to do was call Frank and he told me he would take care of my problems and he would make sure that “All my problems were properly cured as soon as possible! As of today I’m still waiting for all of my problems to be resolved!

Overall great and quick. I was able to get out of my old truck and into a new one with ease.

Brian and Jerry took excellent care of my vehicle and Brian spent extra time helping me with the settings on my dash. Very happy with Len Stoler Service.

Did not feel like we were treated like we mattered, only their sale of the vehicle. I have never purchased a vehicle where the water did not bead up on the vehicles new finish. It rained as we were taking it home. The water did not bead or run off. when I spoke to them they said I needed to pay extra for finish on vehicle. This was never explained to me prior to signing. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life, This is the first time this has happened. New vehicles should have protectant on the finish. We also felt that we were rushed on the day of purchase . The sales lady rushed through us to get to another sale. This will be the last time I deal with Chevy.

I brought my car in a day early due to putting in my calendar wrong, Melanie found a spot to squeeze me in so I didn’t have to bring it back the next day. She’s awesome always polite and responsive. They cleaned up my car while it was in there since it has rained for the last 6 days. The techs seem to always correct what’s needed in a timely manner. If there is one thing I could do without is the repetitive texts while my car is in the shop asking my if I want a trade in appraisal while it’s there so I can trade it in. Honestly if I wanted that I would ask for it.

Truck had a check engine warning. They had me bring it in the next day and had a loaner car available. Communication was excellent and ongoing, the problem was corrected under warranty. Had some other routine service performed while there and everything was completed on time. At pickup, truck was washed and ready when stated.

Melanie was really nice and so were all the service staff. They got my car repaired and good to go in the same day. They shuttled me back and forth to get it! I got tracking status via text.

Entire experience was unusually strange. Not a friendly, welcoming environment at all. It felt like I was bothering them and they had no interest in selling a vehicle. The original monthly payment Isiah provided was higher than the accurate calculation. I called him out on it and he snatched the paper and walked away. Upon returning with the accurate figure he explained the manager “fat fingered it”. Then it took forever for the vehicle to be cleaned and prepped while I waited. Isiah just handed me the keys, told me to connect to On-Star, told me to email him with any questions and said bye. He was very short the entire time and never even went over the basic features or functions. The only reason I stayed was because the location is convenient for me and the vehicle I wanted was available. Otherwise I would have left within the first 30 minutes.

Jerry was communicative and my car was fixed by Tuesday when it needed to be towed in on Saturday. Chevy covered the warranty part and that definitely made me happy!

My car only has about 15,000 miles in it so I want expecting any issues. While waiting, I heard the service rep tell another customer a few items her vehicle needed. The customer said they would take care of some of those items themselves. I liked that the service rep didn't pressure her to have the repairs done right then and there, but did stress the brakes needed attention very soon.

Repaired my rain sensor. Had to order part. They offered to give my Tahoe back but I said just keep it until next day when part would arrive. Kept me informed of progress. My vehicle was ready following day before lunch. Great service.

As usual, the service department at Len Stoler is great! I always get timely feedback on the progress of my vehicles and options for service completion. Although I chose not to have my vehicle serviced at Len Stoler this time, I will continue to return for other services. The decision was not based on any issues with Len Stoler service. Price was the deciding factor for me. David and Melanie both worked to get me the best price they could, but unfortunately it was still more than I wanted to spend at this time. I believe that the quality of work and parts that were to be used would have been a great value, unfortunately I do not plan to keep my vehicle much longer and could not justify the expense. I will continue to use Len Stoler and look forward to working with the Service department team again. Thank You!!

First time in your new facility. Excellent response from both service writers. Was kept up to date on progress and when vehicle was done and ready to be picked up.
