2022 Chevy Silverado there for instrument cluster panel service warning display. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The module needed to be replaced after the instrument cluster was replaced. It took 13 days to compete the job because of GM lack of a proper part supply chain. I had a loaner that was not comparable to my vehicle.

I came in for a repair of the left rear turn signal. They were able to do it right away. I sat to watch tv. Someone made sure I liked the program and offered something to drink. The repair didn’t take long and the cost was reasonable. I am one happy customer!
Erik was great and very professional, however the finance officer was a little iffy… I left in new car and had to come back because he did paperwork wrong that we walked through together, made me feel not secure with my decision. Overall thankful !! So far so good.

I drove 45 minutesto this dealership and don't regret it at all. They were extremely Accommodating from the second I walked in. I was prepared to spend all day there but was surprisingly in and out within an 1.5 hours. From the Mr Bennett that did my financing to Isaiah the salesman they were absolutely amazingly. The staff really went above and beyond with exceptional customer service and exceeded my expectations. This was by far one of the most pleasant vehicle buying experiences. Transmission started slipping and through a Toyota care extended warranty, I contacted Len Stoler. David was understanding, caring and informative on issues with our Suburban. He maintained open and honest lines of communication and provided us with a loaner vehicle in a timely manner. The order and repairs took about a week total and upon completion, David throughly explained the new/updated coverage. Great customer service experience!!

Took my 09 Corvette Z06 in for an alignment, needed the car back by noon time. Dave texted me at 11:30 to let me know the car was done and when I got there he showed me the before and after alignment specs and went out and retrieved my car and brought it to me. He delivered as promised and I had an acceptionable service experience, 5 out of 5 stars great
Great experience with Austin! Had some bumps in the road with getting my Colorado that was out of everyone’s hands. My only complaint was that their finance team ran a credit check on my without asking or mentioning they were going to do it - I wasn’t happy about the hard inquiry when I didn’t need it. Would definitely recommend!

I had previously brought my truck to another company to have it looked at due to issues it was having. I was told by the previous company that it was a recall issue and would need to go to a dealership to be fixed. Amazing experience here! They fixed a recall for me for my turbocharger in my Chevy Trax which would’ve cost me $2300+. I had my check engine light go on and off multiple times and every time I brought it back to them the light was off. They took care of it anyway based on my own code reader I screenshot to show them.
