Very open inside, decent lighting and waiting room had more than enough furniture and space, I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I could afford and everything from sales with Corey to finance with Douglas went smoother than anticipated. Replaced the battery in my Bolt with no issues. Had them put new tires on while it was there. They price matched Tire Rack and did a nice mount and balance. The car rides smooth and handles great!
I had a great experience with service manager, Mike Meagher. Our new Suburban required some unexpected engine work. We were told it could take months to repair. Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ray the general manager and Eric Peterson our salesperson followed through on everything they committed to and we could not be happier. This was the only dealership that would sell us our new 2022 Corvette without marking it up 20,000 dollars and there honesty and integrity was truly a breath of fresh air. I really love my 2017 3500 Dually. Although I've had some issues with the vehicle, the staff at Len Stoler have been very helpful. The reoccurring issues that I've had are a GM issue, not necessarily Len Stoler. The staff are always polite and friendly. Hopefully, the issue has been resolved.
Charles in the service dept & the gentleman (I can't remember his name) who works in the parts dept. I had a blown tire & evidently, there is a certain type of tire that is required for my vehicle. It was lunch time on a Friday, ugh I didn't think I would get my Encore back until Monday. My guys really came through for me. My car was ready by 4:30 that afternoon!.
